🏆 Professional Combat Analysis (2026)

The Pole (2nd Form) is currently ranked as a B Tier asset in the Update 29 meta. While it is a stepping-stone weapon, its unique ability properties allow it to punch above its weight class if mastered correctly.

⚔️ PvP Efficiency

The Pole (2nd Form) serves as the centerpiece of current Update 29 sword-main builds. To maximize the Lightning Thrust, we recommend pairing it with a high-stun fruit like Ice or Dough. The objective is to lock the opponent with a fruit ability before unloading your sword rotation.

Bounty Hunter Tip: Always lead with your Lightning Thrust to break Instict (Ken Haki) before committing to a full combo.

🚜 PvE Performance

While grinding NPCs up to Level 3000, the Pole (2nd Form)'s AoE range is its biggest asset. Use it for mob grouping. It maintains excellent damage-per-click, reducing energy consumption during long grinding sessions.

Leveling Tip: Pair with a Logia-type fruit for safe mob lure-and-clear strategies in the Third Sea.

🧬 Optimization & Synergies

Since this is a progression weapon, focus on Mastery efficiency. Don't over-invest in specialized stats yet; keep a balanced build while you work toward Mythical alternatives.
